We recommend the Nollegretto Set, which includes a choice of two kinds of ice cream topped with a thick soft cream. There are about 10 flavors of ice cream to choose from.

For example on a certain day in November, there were nine kinds of ice cream on the menu: matcha, blueberry, strawberry, chocolate chip, brown rice, coffee, amazake, chocolate, and freshly squeezed milk.

In addition to ice cream, there are a variety of snacks and light meals available. Be sure to try the original bagel sandwiches made with local ingredients, the soup made with Hachimantai mushrooms, the margherita, and the ortolana, a pizza made with eight kinds of Hachimantai vegetables.
