The Hachimantai Hill Climb Race

The “Hachimantai Hill Climb Race” is held at “Hachimantai” (elevation 1,613 m), which is also known as one of the 100 famous mountains of Japan for its breathtaking autumnal leaves. Experience one of the best cycling courses in Japan that is loved by cyclists. Cycle up the famous “Hachimantai Aspite Line” along the winding mountain route from the base up to the summit.

The main course is about 19km. It runs from the Hachimantai Visitor Center to the Hachimantai summit parking lot.
The short course is about 8km. It runs from the Hachimantai Visitor Center to the Gozaisho Pond parking lot.

The 2nd Hachimantai Hill Climb Race is scheduled to be held on August 25, 2019.
