A guided tour through Appi beech secondary forest, selected as one of Japan’s best 100 forest bathing, that turns golden in the fall. Even those who are not confident in their physical strength can experience cycling thanks to the electric power assist, making it feel as if you are riding on a flat road even when going uphill. Lunch is served at Appi “Naka no Makiba” scenic meadow.
