Kappa no Yado

This reasonably priced inn is popular among hikers that like the plan with no meals included. There’s a restaurant called Kappa Shokudo right next door, which serves dishes made with seasonal local ingredients, and the locals love the katsudon. The inexpensive meals are fantastic!

There’s a hot spring bath just a minute’s walk away- Mori no Yu.

You’ll need to bring your own towel and it costs ¥600 for adults, and ¥300 for children.
