Appikogen Pension Stardust (lunch)

Stardust is a humble restaurant that prides itself on producing cuisine by and for locals.  The owner also runs cooking classes on the side.  Their featured menu item is the “Iwate Shorthorn Beef Hamburg.”  Compared to typical marbled beef, Iwate Shorthorn beef is low in fat content and high in red protein, making it an easy choice for those that are more health-inclined.  It’s a rare treat that’s not to be missed!  Stardust’s menu also features a fully-stocked café menu, including cakes and coffees.  The owner’s handmade jam is also on offer in a variety of flavors, making an excellent souvenir!
