The restaurant serves Hachimantai beef, a rare Japanese black beef that is hard to find even in Hachimantai.We recommend the Hachimantai beef ribs stir-fry wet, which can be enjoyed at a reasonable price. Other must-try dishes include spicy spinach ramen (spinach is a specialty of Hachimantai), and the spicy spinach curry, which combines spinach and Hachimantai mushrooms. The bright green spinach curry is guaranteed to look fantastic. They also make sweets out of spinach here.
